Believe it or not, tonight already marks the halfway point of this abbreviated NHL campaign (Thanks Don and Gary!). Fittingly, tonight’s opponent, the Colorado Avalanche, is the last one the Hawks have yet to face so far in the intra-conference only schedule.
For the more neurotic among us, every passing game (and victory), brings yet another opportunity for this absurd streak to come to its end. The laws of probability are not on the Hawks’ side anymore, leaving many steeling themselves for the inevitable. Tonight was not that night however, despite some efforts to do so.
You know how this works.
What if I’m the one who’s crazy? I’m not crazy, just frustrated.
