After all the buildup of waiting for the playoffs, we now get to wait 2 more nights before we get to see the puck drop on Madison again. Now, we could use that time to actually get some work done, maybe spend time with loved ones. But that’s not really going to happen, is it?
We’re going to be a little on edge and probably not all that pleasant to be around. There’s three games today, four more tomorrow and while those are great – we’re still going to need a way to entertain ourselves when there’s no hockey being played.
And there’s few better ways to spend a sluggish few days than watching (or re-watching, as it should be) a few movies from our guy Rob Reiner. Dude’s had a beard for longer than quite a few of us have probably been alive.
If you can’t quote at least 5 lines of everyday relevant dialogue from both The Princess Bride or This Is Spinal Tap… then I don’t really know what you’re doing on this site. It’s inconceivable.
